Construction Skills of Field Tents
When we build tents, especially in the field, we must pay attention to the choice of location, because it is very important, only when the location is chosen, the tents we build are safe. Next, I'll introduce you how to choose to build a camping military tent.
If you are in a higher open area, you should move downward; if you are in a low humidity area, you should move upward. The ideal place should be windproof and rainproof, a higher place where floods cannot be flooded, and this place will not be threatened by falling rocks or avalanches.
Hot air density is less than cold air, so there is often cold air at the bottom of the valley. When the temperature is low, it is easy to form wet fog and frost. In some areas, along the slopes, there are many platforms for receiving rainwater, which are relatively wet, while other parts of the slopes are relatively dry.
Ideal locations should also be close to the water source, surrounded by abundant available trees. Don't set up tents too close to the water source, which is very vulnerable to mosquito harassment, and the sound of running water will interfere with your judgment, the danger will not be noticed, or miss the rescue team.
You should find the height of the flood flow on the riverbank - mountain streams can turn into turbulent rapids within minutes of heavy rains, and the water level can rise by five meters in an hour! In open areas, floods can even exceed the river course, and the rainstorms from the surrounding mountains and rivers can easily turn into rolling floods to you without any warning. Choose a location that is flat without too many stones, so that you have enough space to send a distress signal and be easily found by rescuers.
